Louis's 1996 Nissan Maxima SE 5spd. (For Sale)

Details
Basically, with my current project 240sx, and my Maxima, my parents won't let me get a third car even if I plan to sell the Maxima as soon as I can. Therefore, I need to sell my car very very quick since I've come across a great deal on another car near me. The mods include:
-1996 Deep Evergreen SE 5MT
-166xxx miles, 75% highway since I bought it 2.5 years ago
-Tan leather interior
-Kenwood mp3/cd headunit
-Warpspeed y-pipe (alumized, but good condition the last time I saw it)
-Custom madrel bent 2.5" catback with 5th gen muffler
-K%N Panel filter, hacked air box
-5th Gen clutch (3rd maxima on the .org to have it installed, right after jsutter and vlasic)
-KYB AGX shocks
-Canuck Motorsports Springs (~2" f / 1.5" r lowered)
-Toyo Proxes TPT tires ($600 or so mounted, very nice tires for all-season)
-SRE short throw shifter
-Diamond cut clear corners
-Old style Red/clear taillights
-Slottled/x-drilled rotors
-Raybestos Quiet-stop brake pads
-FSTB -- ebay
-20% Lumar Tint on all windows/banner on windshild
-9007 Sylvania Xtravisions
-Mobil 1 Synthetic oil
-Redline MT-90
-Ebay grounding kit (I know, it's so sweet)
The GOOD: (besides the mods)
-Car has never seen anything under 91 octane fuel
-Transmission was replaced when I first bought the car with an apparent 1998 5MT with 40k miles, now at 70k or so. (dealer did this, have no receipts)
-Car runs strong, can do the 1/4 in 14.6 at 94 mph, which is pretty competitive for USIM 4G's.
The BAD:
-Paint -- few deeper scratches. Paint is bubbling under the spoiler at one point.
-Carfax is clean, however, the car has been in an accident (not under my ownership).
-Exhaust is banging a bit due to the clamp I have on it. Every so often I need to readjust to make it stop, was planning on just having the pipes welded up clean to clear the issue.
-CEL for Vehicle Speed sensor -- Replaced the harness and actual VSS, but it is still there. Speedo/tach/odometer work fine, cruise can be intermittent at times.
-Transmission can be notchy, like all other 4G's.
Note...I tend to remember the bad things more than the good things, so just because the BAD list is longer than the GOOD, doesn't mean the car is bad. I am an avid detailer, and was hoping to detail the car before I sold it this summer, but a great deal just fell in my lap. I was also hoping to fix a few of the other problems prior to selling as well. I will post a few pictures to give you an idea. I'm willing to travel a reasonable distance.
I more than believe that it is worth $3800 because of the modifications. However, I am willing to negotiate. I bought the car for 4800, and have put in a bunch more money under my own will -- nothing drastic has gone wrong (except for the transmission that was replaced under warrantee).
